How much of each lap of the run is on/off road?

2.72km of the run lap is on gravel paths in the woods. These have just been resurfaced for the race and are as good as a footpath.

0.8km on a track from woods through to road; this might have gravel added before the race as an improvement. 

17.6km on a standard road surface.
